Rental conditions in brief

  • All motorhomes are fully insured and have assistance insurance. The renter pays the deductible in case of damage. Deductible for damage to the vehicle SEK 10,000, stone chips not replacing the window SEK 2,000, stone chips replacing the window SEK 5,000, assistance SEK 5,000, traffic SEK 7,000. The motorhome insurance does not cover internal damage or misfueling. 25 free miles per day. Overmile 25 SEK/mile.
  • Booking fee 10000 SEK is paid in connection with booking. The rent is paid 28 days before the start of the rental period. 
  • LPG is provided at cost price.
  • Travel abroad is possible, but please let us know in advance.
  • For travel in Norway, the renter needs to create an account at www.Epass24.com to manage road and bridge tolls. You will receive more information from us before departure!

 

Pick-up and drop-off times, weekdays

  • First, second, third, fourth and fifth grades: Pick-up at 14.30, drop-off at 10.
  • Seven, Nian, Tian, Elvan and Ranger with Camper: Pick-up at 15.00, drop-off at 10.30.
  • Gladiator Camper with own pickup: Pick-up at 16.00, drop-off at 12.00.
  • Minimum booking period three days.
  • If the rental period ends on a Monday, return can take place at 19:00 on Sunday at no extra cost. To be notified at the latest upon departure.

 

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation at least 29 days before the start of the rental period: The entire deposit will be refunded except for an administrative fee of SEK 800. 
  • Cancellation 15-28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental amount and the booking fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 0-14 days before the start of the rental period: The booking fee is refunded but not the rental amount.
  • Additional services ordered can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before departure. If canceled 0-14 days before the start of the rental period, the full cost of additional services will be charged.
